Free iTunes With Your Old Spice

Old Spice wants to give you some free iTunes. Why? Who cares? It's free iTunes! The only catch is you don't choose the tunes; they do. You can get up to eight song selections from Big City Rock, Cold, The Exies, and Louis XIV. You'll need UPC codes from your Old Spice products. I've provided a link to some UPC codes if you don't have any. I'm just that kind of a guy. (Sometimes the page won't load properly. Just reload the page.)

Scary Music For Rotten Kids

Enough of the cute stuff. It's almost Halloween and you need some scary music to frighten away the free-loading midget trick-or-treaters. How 'bout some death metal? Kittie's Spit album should do the trick. If you need something angrier to shoo away the older juvenile delinquents, try their sophomore album Oracle. Too much for you? Until the End is a little more melodic - if you can call death metal melodic.

Muffs Make Me Really Really Happy

When punkers come home after a hard day of rocking out at the office, I imagine they'd want to kick back and relax, share a cold beer with the wife, watch the kids playing in the backyard, and listen to a little music. Maybe Really Really Happy by The Muffs.

This pop-punk band's latest album isn't as energetic as their past albums but still packs a good pick-me-up. Although this album is more relaxed, it still sports a punk attitude, like in the song "Don't Pick On Me". And Kim Shattuck, the lead singer, lets loose with the occasional scream to keep you from forgetting.
